Launch Your Reputation Amplifier

On your My Serious SEM Dashboard you will see a button labeled Reputation Amplifier. This is your gateway to supercharging your local SEO through the power of customer reviews! To launch your reputation amplifier, simply click the button and you will be sent straight into your customized Reputation Amplifier.

Using Your Reputation Amplifier Dashboard

Once inside you will see your three choices for how to use your Reputation Amplifier.

  • Choice One: Add a Contact, lets you upload a contact one by one. This method is instant, and adds them right into the automated system to start gathering reviews for you.
  • Choice Two: Add contacts by the bulk upload option. This method takes between 24 and 48 hours to upload and sync with the server, but as soon as it does the Reputation Amplifier will start to push out emails and gather reviews for you.
  • Choice Three: The reputation settings area is for updating the email you will be sending you. This will allow you to change what sites your customers see as choices to leave reviews on, the subject line, the message, and update your logo.

Add New Contact

Once you click into the Add Contact area of your dashboard, you will be given a simple form to fill out. Just type in the first name, last name, and email of the person you wish to contact and the system will do the rest for you.

Bulk Upload

Once you click into the Bulk Upload area of your dashboard, you will be given an upload screen, click the upload button and then select the file you want to upload from your computer. You must use the bulk upload template. If you need a copy of this template it can be downloaded here.

Inside the reputation settings is all the content that is currently being sent to your contacts. This area will also allow you to update and tweek it to see better results in your review gathering efforts.
