PPC Additional Ad Spend Budget Management

Additional Ad Spend Budget Fee of 10% of Ad Spend Budget. We create ads, keywords list for targeting, negative keywords list not targeting, and continuously monitor the effectiveness of your PPC campaign. We manage the PPC budget as agreed upon. The PPC monthly budget will be paid directly to the PPC channel(s) used (Google Adwords, Bing, etc.). The PPC budget is not included but will be in addition to the payment terms agreed upon with Serious Inc. Your PPC monthly spend may exceed your PPC monthly budget by no more than 20% difference due to over delivery per Google Adwords terms.
